2024 Programme To Be Revealed 4 June

Running from 10 to 25 August, this year sees the Book Festival begin a new chapter at its new home at Edinburgh Futures Institute: a state-of-the-art foundation for growth and innovation built on the grounds of the old Edinburgh Royal Infirmary on Lauriston Place.

2024’s Festival will bring an exciting and extensive programme of public events aimed to inspire, entertain, and connect audiences of all ages. Expect conversation, performance, and interactive activities from world-leading and emerging writers and thinkers, a fun-packed Schools and Children’s programme, and brand-new stories from local voices involved in our Communities programme.
