Cory Doctorow
Cory Doctorow was born in Toronto, Canada and now lives in Los Angeles. He is a science fiction author, activist, journalist and blogger. He is the co-editor of Boing Boing, an online blog which has twice won the Bloggies for Weblog of the Year, and the author of a number of books including most recently adult novel Walkaway, YA graphic novel In Real Life, and non-fiction business book Information Doesn’t Want to be Free, a book about earning a living in the Internet age.
He is currently a Visiting Professor of Computer Science at Open University and a Visiting Professor of Practice at the University of South Carolina’s School of Library and Information Science.
