Peter Pomerantsev: Voices of Dissent

In 1941, a German broadcaster, Der Chef, spoke out against Hitler from inside the Nazi regime. However, "Der Chef" and his infamous voice of dissent was, in fact, the creation of British propagandist, Sefton Delmer. Talking about How to Win an Information War, Peter Pomerantsev (2020's Gordon Burn Prize winner), reveals what we can learn from Delmer’s wartime effort in our age of misinformation.
