Maylis de Kerangal & Balsam Karam: Women Talking

Women’s voices reverberate in Canoes. Across seven stories and a novella, Booker International longlisted author Maylis de Kerangal gives voice to women’s joys, fears, and intimacies. In Balsam Karam’s novel The Singularity, a migrant mother searches for her child by the sea. Motherhood and displacement are explored by one of Sweden’s most exciting new novelists. Join them as they discuss their lyrical fiction.
