Scotland’s First Minister and SNP Leader, John Swinney, and the former First Minister of Wales and Leader of Welsh Labour, Mark Drakeford, come together to talk about the 25th anniversary of devolved governments in Scotland, Wales and beyond. What were the changes, challenges and impact of the transferral of power from Westminster to Edinburgh and Cardiff? If devolution is a process, what’s next as we move past the first 25 years?
