Fresh from pressuring supermarkets to scrap price hikes and cooking with Marcus Rashford, she’s here to talk about systemic change, the cost-of-living crisis and Good Food for Bad Days, her book of ‘depressipes’, or nourishing meals for low energy, brainfog days.
