Using the best seasonal ingredients, Roddy will create a mouth-watering Italian feast before your eyes, inspiring you with secrets of cooking as the Romans do and sharing what she’s learned about resourcefulness, simplicity, and joy from two decades of being immersed in Italian culinary culture. Roddy will be in conversation with Sophie Moxon.
