A master of the art of storytelling, Mamet has contributed a number of iconic works to the modern American theatrical canon, including Glengarry Glen Ross, Oleanna, and American Buffalo, as well as screenplays for hit films such as Hannibal, Wag the Dog, and The Postman Always Rings Twice – all full of his trademark gritty, fast-paced dialogue (so distinctive it has earned the moniker ‘Mamet Speak’). In today’s exclusive event, Mamet shares tales from Hollywood as chronicled in his latest memoir, Everywhere an Oink Oink, and reflects on an impressive career spanning four decades.
