Amy Liptrot & Stef Smith: The Outrun

Amy Liptrot’s memoir of recovery, resilience and hope has moved readers the world over. This year sees two major adaptations of The Outrun being released: a film, directed by Nora Fingscheidt and starring Saoirse Ronan, and a play – originally workshopped as part of the Book Festival’s Playing with Books series – written by Olivier Award-winning Stef Smith.
