Saving the World One Library at a Time with Polly Ho-Yen
Join author Polly Ho-Yen as she explores her beautiful and mesmerising story The Boy Who Grew a Tree, which follows nature-loving Timi on his quest to save the magic tree growing in his soon-to-be-closed local library. Shining a light on the need for nature in our cities and highlighting the sacred space of community libraries, as well as tackling topics like sibling displacement and living in urban housing, this event gently explores themes of change and conservation, and what we can all do to make a difference. Designed for children and schools to enjoy.
